Interfaces that reduce support tickets, not add to them

Product design, design systems and accessible front-end builds — clear enough that your support team doesn't have to explain them.

Why teams call us

Interfaces that add to the support queue

Most redesign requests start with a support inbox full of the same three questions.

Users keep asking the same question

The interface technically works, but it's not clear, and support answers the same question every week.

Every screen looks slightly different

There's no design system, so patterns drift and every new feature looks like it was built by someone else.

Accessibility was never considered

Keyboard navigation, contrast and screen readers weren't part of the original brief — now it's a liability.

Capabilities

What we deliver

Design work that hands off cleanly to engineering, whether that's us or your own team.

User research

Interviews and usability testing that tell you what's actually confusing people, not guesses.

Wireframes & prototypes

Clickable prototypes to validate flows before a single line of production code is written.

Design systems

Reusable components and patterns so new screens stay consistent without a designer reviewing every one.

Accessible front-end builds

Semantic, keyboard-navigable interfaces built to WCAG 2.1 AA by default, not bolted on after.

Usability testing

Real users on real tasks, before and after launch, so decisions aren't based on opinion.

Brand-aligned visual design

Interfaces that look like they belong to your brand, not a generic template.

How we work

How a design engagement runs

Research before screens, prototypes before code — in that order.

STEP 01

Research & define

Interviews, analytics review and a clear brief on what problem the design actually needs to solve.

STEP 02

Wireframe & prototype

Low-fidelity flows tested with real users before time is spent on visual polish.

STEP 03

Design & build

High-fidelity screens and a component system, built into accessible front-end code.

STEP 04

Test & hand off

Usability testing, then a full handoff of files, components and documentation.

Engagement models

Three ways to bring us in

All three come with named engineers, written scope and monthly reporting.

Assessment

Two weeks, fixed price. A written plan for your ui/ux design work — yours to act on with us or without us.

FAQ

Questions we're asked before starting

Anything else, write to us and an engineer will answer.

admin@cybexsoft.com
Do you design, or design and build?+

Both, or either. We can hand off Figma files to your engineers, or build the accessible front end ourselves.

What tools do you design in?+

Figma, for both design and prototyping. Files are shared with your team throughout, not delivered as a surprise at the end.

Do you do user research, or just visual design?+

Research first, wherever the budget allows — interviews, testing and analytics review before we design a single screen.

Can you redesign parts of an existing product?+

Yes, and it's most of what we do — a targeted redesign of a specific flow rather than a full rebuild.

Do you build design systems for existing codebases?+

Yes. We audit what exists, then build a component library that matches your current front-end stack.

Got an interface that's costing you support time?

Send us the flow that's causing problems and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a quick fix or a bigger redesign.
