Fintech hosting migration
A fintech product running on dedicated hosting needed stronger resilience and faster release cycles. We moved the platform to AWS, built a secure landing zone, and automated deployments end-to-end.
The situation
The legacy hosting provider required manual provisioning and had limited redundancy options. Releases were scheduled after-hours, and uptime depended on a small operations team.
Simplified deployments and improved site reliability.
How we worked
Stabilise delivery early, then build the foundation that keeps it stable once we hand it back.
Established a secure AWS foundation with network segmentation, IAM guardrails, and logging.
Moved the public web application to S3 and CloudFront for improved latency and resilience.
Containerized backend services and deployed to ECS with automated releases.
Implemented monitoring, alerting, and on-call readiness for the new stack.
Handover
Stack
Afterwards
Measured after handover, once the client's own team was running the system without us.
Tell us what you are trying to move, migrate or automate and we will reply within one business day with an honest read on the work — including the parts we think you should not do.
More engagements
Audit prep time dropped and releases stayed on schedule.
